The RNLI
Buckie Shipyard has an extensive track record of working with sophisticated high value vessels and has been a major contractor to The Royal National Lifeboat Institution for over 60 years. We are one of the major shipyards in the United Kingdom carrying out repair and refits of all classes of RNLI vessels and are one of only three yards carrying out refits on 'Severn' Class Lifeboats (17metres by 40 tonnes). In addition to vessel repair and refits, we provide storage and maintenance service under a long-term contract for the RNLI Relief Fleet. |

MOD
In the past we have constructed mine counter measure vessels for the Royal Navy and for the past 25 years have held an enabling contract for the repair and refit of 'Seal' Class vessels.
More recently we have slipped and refitted various RMAS craft and Archer class naval vessels and carried out afloat repairs. |

Orkney Ferries and Harbours
For over fifty years Buckie Shipyard Limited has been involved in the building, repair and annual refits of the Orkney Ferries Fleet and the Harbour Pilot Boats. |
